One of the most rated projects on Turkish television was the series "Knock on my door." The love story of architect Serkan Bolat and student Eda Yildiz riveted millions of viewers to the screen. Apparently, in Russia they decided to repeat the success of this project.

The Russian adaptation will be filmed by Mediaslovo in partnership with Gazprom-Media and Okko online cinema. The Russian version of “Knock on My Door” will be broadcast on TNT and in Okko and Premier online cinemas. The action of the series will take place in Moscow.

Film critic Valery Kichin spoke about how promising this idea is . He noted that the adaptation of foreign projects in their own way is a common occurrence. For example, the legendary film "Only Girls in Jazz" is an American version of the German film "Fanfare of Love". So it is possible that the plot of the Turkish series taken as a basis will be successfully adapted in Russia.

“Reshooting foreign stories is a common practice. There is nothing new in this phenomenon. If there are interesting collisions that can be transferred to Russian soil, why not, ”he said in a conversation with News.
