Even though “ Black Panther: Wakanda Forever ” premiered at Tenoch Orchard What Namor within the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it appears a solo film for the character isn't in Marvel Studios' plans.
During an interview, the producer of “Wakanda Forever”, nate moore spoke about the legal problems which hinder Disney and Marvel Studios to produce a film Namor. Like Hulk, Universal has the rights to Namor, so the character was "loaned" to Marvel Studios.

Namor isn't the only Marvel character to belong to other production companies. In the late '90s, Marvel began selling the movie rights to many of its comic book characters.
Sony got Spider-Man, Fox got the X-Men and Fantastic 4 and so on. Universal ended up sticking with Namor and the Hulk, with the studio releasing the solo movie Hulk, directed by Ang Lee, in 2003.
While Disney and Marvel Studios now have rights to use Hulk in MCU projects, Universal still has distribution rights to any solo films featuring the character. The character's only movie released as part of the MCU was 2008's The Incredible Hulk, produced by Marvel but distributed by Universal.
